    Several times I informed you in your shopping site for replacement of my CHILLI H2 4G 8GB BLACK MOBILE PHONE but final execution is not completed. I have purchased that mobile phone on 28-05-2016, vide INVOICE NO.S2E9C0/16-17/2520 Dated 23/05/2016 from your end. The mobile phones screen is not working & also phone’s (FILE, HOME, BACK) keys are not working properly.
    So I request you to kindly replace the mobile phone as early as possible.

    Non receipt of ordered item. Pl. Deliver it immediately. Item has dispatched from Guyana on 14/10/2016 but since then till date neither I hv received not got any WHEREABOUT OF the item. Sorry to say, Pl. intimate me or deliver the item within 48hours to avoid legal complication.
