    Maine buy 1 get 1 offer mai order kia bt only one product is delive.
    2nd order was of fruit basket with net cover bt I got delivery of watch combo which costs 255/- n Im charged 339/-
    Its very very very bad experience.

  2. Worst experience with snapdeal. Ordered a Rocking chair on Nov 2 2015, tried to follow up today 20th Nov about my order. Customer care agent says ur order got cancelled by mistake due to technical issues... Well imagine my plight... totally disgusting! I had to gift my father for his 70th birthday on 25th Nov.... Sooo much of disappointment and carelesalessless.

  10. When we order products from Snapdeal we have to be prepared for tuned lies from their courier and officials. It is not at all possible to reach them over phone. The auto message system is a crude joke played upon innocent buyers.Emails will not evoke any attention.Worst on line traders. Beware. Prof.Indramohan,chennai.

  12. infinite poor service of snapdeal..i purchased a wireless Bluetooth headphone and the uneducated staff of snapdeal is saying that we will not accept your return request.
    But dont worry snapdeal i will not leave you i have complaint to the govt. online fraud helping center..actually baat paiso ki nhi h baat h yha sahi galat ki badmashi ki or hum ghaziabad walo ko badmaashi bilkul pasand nhi h..so all my frnds dnt worry if u have received wrong product then email to snapdeal with keeping (mail@consumerredressal.com) this mail id in cc..

I was doubly charged for single item by cash on delivery as well as from debit card against my order no.12737034065 dt 9.4.16.Since 17.4.16 I placed a series of complaits vide mail and ph call.I sent my bank statement in pdf.But no outcome till date.Is Snapdeal fraudulant? ...Sumana Dam. West Bengal.

    on dated 9th june 2016, I took this watch for servicing at casio customer care, jaipur, customer care person told me that this watch is duplicate.
    so that i went to the seller address as shown in Retail invoice Receipt, but there is only empty plot. i also call the customer care of snapdeal they take my complain but till now no response found.

  21. Sir I have purchased an ink cartridge invoice detail is attached. Epson says it is not original. It has damaged My printer head. Company has denied to repair it in guaranty. It is great loss to me. Please take an action against the supplier and manage to fulfill my loss and replace the ink at earliest. If it is original prove it to Epson and get my printer repaired without charges and get my printer gurrenty back.

    4. When I Told Them I Am Ready To Go An Receive My Order From Your Branch , Just Provide Me A Address . The Reply I Receive Is "Ma'am You Cannot Receive Your Order From Branch Since It Is More Then 5000 Rs "

    5. If My Order Is More Than 15000 Rs Then Also I Dont When Will I Get My Order 6 . I Have Only One Way Now , NOT TO TRUST SNAPDEAL And CANCEL My ORDER.

  27. This is with regard to the order no. (15202029856) (Sub order id: 18941473889) placed by me on 17 Sept 2016.
    When I received the product (ON (Optimum Nutrition) Gold Standard) on 23 Sept 2016, I discovered that it was
    damaged from the top side and Snapdeal tape was used to fix the broken area.

    I have requested many times to snapdeal customer care over phone, please return my product as I have received damaged one and I want refund at the earlier possible. but snapdeal refused to return it back.

    As requested by Snapdeal customer care executive, I have also sent the pictures of damaged product to snapdeal on (23 Sept. 2016) .

    But still they are saying the same words that "Refund/Replacement not allowed as per return policy"
    Very frustrated from snapdeal

  29. Its my bad luck i had ordered a item to gift my brother a phone details are given below

    Placed on 23 Sep, 2016

    He received Mobile that wifi and camera app was not working and it was not working properly so i have applied for refund but as per ur executive no 100% refund as per them they will replace it.

    after that it was picked up but till now no response. when I checked in my account then got within 2 days my money will be transferred to my account back.

    But no any information no call from your end no information even ur help line no no any customer executive picking call.

    I have decided to give a complain to the consumer court so i need a bill also but they are not co-operative.

    please treat this mail as a primary notice
    refund 100 % my amount.
    Not received my Phone as well as bill also.

    REFUND MY AMOUNT
