  1. its very bad experience with snapdeal second time . i ordered Gm enterprises 54 key electronic piano with stereo, adapter and mic (3) . but mic not received. LCD display is not working , some noise is coming . order no. 10395544002. delivery boy taken amount . i put request return product . now snapdeal staff started drama . we unable pick up return . u send by national courier . how can pay the charges . and send scan copies of courier . now they are saying courier charges will send through SD CASH . WHAT IS SDCASH they are business gameing with customers they hold custmoer money again custmoer have purchage products . this is my second experience . SNAPDEAL at least doest not check product its working properly are not .

    i have received only mobile but still i have not revived FREE CHARGING CASE. i have called several times to snapdeal customer care No they are telling will rectified and we get back to you . this word one word saying whenever i am calling . even i have shared my order summery screenshot it was showing clearly FREE CHARGING CASE ( my order id is 11426126601 ) why its cheating to customers . yesterday 02 03 2016 i have called and i have spoken with authority manager he also said same we will check and get back to you by tomorrow by EOD 6.00pm . now snapdeal persons blocked my call ( i am getting auto ans due to technical issues we could not able to connect your call) this is the way of snap deal service .???????????????

  7. My order ID is 11965042480 dt. 25.2.2016.
    It is not possible to contact Snapdeal. The No. 09212692126 is an auto reply phone where we can not opt for our grievance' option & the e-mail ID: help@snapdeal.com has been closed by the company. Now it is totally impossible to contact them. This type of problem is not there with any other on line shopping company. I have started doubting about this company's credentials, I have received my ordered product properly though. However it seems that the company does not keep any channel open to take note of any grievance other than the options given in their "Customers Help" system. I hope the Company would go through my comment & would contact me to find out my grievance.

  11. I purchased a stabilizer on snapdeal. when it was delivered, I found it is damaged and I was said that they are unable to pick up return so that I should send by national courier.
    As my product is about 3 kg, I had to pay Rs.767 as courier charge. I also informed the same to snapdeal and requested them to make arrangement to pick up the product.

    But they said that it is not an issue and I can receive the money by uploading the copy of courier bill.

    However, I didnt get any response from snapdeal regarding the payment for courier charges even after 5-6 days.

    I send mail many times but no response.

    I never recommend snapdeal to any of my friends.

  21. very bad experience with snapdeal, no possibility to contact the backened support, felt helpless and pathetic. in this new generation snapdeal is working as a snail.... am frustrated with the order number 13593203180. IVR is pathetic, nonsense no option to speak to human was trying from past 6 hours am helpless to give disguisting feedback to the snapdeal. I know this pathetic feedback will not be addressed. I know M waisting my time but I make sure that I give this feedback to every site.

I had buy a dress material of rs 2000 . it was wrong product delivered . so i returned it . the courier had come and take the product but my money had not come from more than 1 year . they says they sent my money . but it has not come till today. They all cheat with me including courier. But the style of cheating is so nice. I really didnot see this style of cheating before shopping from snapdeal. Such a frustrating experience as the phone need is immediate. customer care is only recorded message..no one to follow up..

    Agar snapdeal walo se delivery ni karayi ja sakti items ki to wo pin code hi unserviceable kar do ya fir band kar do snapdeal ko.
    Snapdeal se to Amazon far far better h.
    This is third time wid snapdeal I am getting negative response.

    I received my order on 19 august evening, on same day evening I called to customer care regarding damaged parcel.

    I was conveyed that your complain is taken and in working 2 days we will come back.

    I bought lomani spray and I received damaged parcel, it was broken while I received and courier person also know the same.

    I understand that there is no return and replacement policy , kindly guide what shall I do in case of received damaged product.

    I had also mailed with photographs but no response to the mail also.
    I am very dishearten by this kind of behaviour of snapdeal

    I purchased 2 watches on 1st September with order no. 14924677555. One of them got delivered on 7th September but the other one with suborder no. 18610538413 is still in transit. The problem is, when I get to track the shipment of this prepaid order the courier page goes blank. I can't get the information of the status of shipment.

    I reported this problem through your app but got no reply from your end. Neither there is any customer care helpline through which a buyer can contact you in the case of any querry. When I try to contact the customer care number of snapdeal the IVR tells me that there is no any order with my mobile no.

    It's really very pathetic when your customer care and handling are concerned. It's giving a bad customer experience. I have been purchasing from your app for a good long time and I expect some improvements in the way you deal a customer's concern. If it continues like this, customers will think thrice before placing a prepaid order, as there is no one to hear their querries and concerns.

I have received massage from snapdeal that 1 or 2 days that courier partner will be come to pick my product.. Next day he came..i have given saree to him..than i got msg from snapdeal that they have transfered my saree amount in the "Freerecharge account" .I opened that account..in that its mentioned that if i want to transfer my money in my bank account i can do it..but when i am going to do this. I purchased mobile phone Samsung J 2 pro on 11.09.16. on the time of ordered, snap deal saw me 02 offer. first one is "Get 10 GB 4G data at the price of 1 GB" and second one is shown as EXTRA DISCOUNT "Get 500 off on Snap deal HDFC credit card". After registration completion I didn't found any discount which was shown before during registration.   61. My Order ID -15026983736. This item was supposed to be delivered to me on 23rd September. I recived a message that i will get the itemon 23rd September by some Sujit Kumar. But nobody cam.e Next day- 24th September 2016, I recive a message that Item has been delivered and they updated the same status at the site.Even after repeated raising complaiants for past 10 days, nobody from Snapdeal is contacting me not refunding my amount. I have raised minimum 10 complaint request 5 from App and 5 from Site.

    Everybody used to tell me do not use Snapdeal for online shopping, but i always ignored. Now I know the reason. Thyey are fraud, they do not respond to customer complaints. havent provided a phone number, so that nobody can call them .
    Let me see, if this complaint also they will respond or as always no response oing to log Customer Complain online against.

  67. I ordered AO Smith 15 Ltr EWSH Storage Geyser order id 15707249975 and Suborder Id: 19756077869. They have sent the wrong product then I returned the product with the comments that I have order AO Smith EWSH BEE 5 star rating model and it has been dispatched AO Smith HAS model 4 star. They have taken return request and dispatch same item on Suborder Id: 19756077869. When I trying to call customer service they are not providing option to call customer agent to describe the issue. I really wonder why Prem Electronics And Home Appliances seller or Snapdeal not read the return reason comments and dispatch the correct product. It's too bad experience with Snapdeal. They are not even trying to get the confirmation before dispatch the product for second time. Please look into my issue and dispatch the correct product which I ordered and mentioned in your site.

  68. What the hell...is it customer care or customer careless system??
    I m trying to call customer care since morning but after long 10-15 min of waiting for call to receive by their officer the irritating women sound reply that we are sorry call can't connect due to some bloody difficulty.
    Why don't you tell about difficulty in the first instance?? Or you just want to harrass your customers. I wasted almost 50-60 rupees in mear attempt to connect with your customer careless service. Do you even know that your customer service nnumber is not toll free one??
    Such a irresponsible and UNRESPONSIVE service. I never saw such a HOPELESS service.
    The one who is reading this feedback on behalf of snapdeal...do you even communicate our grievances to your unresponsive executive? ?
    I just cancelled my laptop order requested refund..the app is showing refund successful but there is no rrefundin my bank account.
    What is this??? Abe aisi service kon deta he be aaj kal...sharam karo..Amazon ki service dekho aur sikho jara..
    Now I can't able to publish my feedback on this website. ..WOW...just PATHETIC SNAPDEAL...SHUT THE DAMN COMPANY AND GO HOME..

  69. My Order ID is 15985396539 , i want refund for that order. I have tried multiple way to raise refund request but not able to do that. It says "Your request cannot be completed at the moment. Please contact customer care at +91-9212692126". when i called on the above number it just saying you have entered a wrong input even if i have enter correct one. i drop the mail to help center and KUNAL BANSAL also but still no replay from snapdeal.

    I recommended please dont buy anything from snapdeal.

  71. I ordered Sony TV from Snapdeal and got very bad experience. The installation call is not yet arranged after 3 days of product delivery. also when we call Sony customer care for arranging product installation and provided required dealer details, it says the dealer is unauthorized and they can not arrange product installation. we tried to connect to Snapdeal customer care as well, but customer care service is also pathetic and not able to talk to any of the customer care service provider.

  79. I am having worst online shopping experience with snapdeal..I think I will have to go to the consumer court to solve my issue. No one is even contacting me from snapdeal.My order id is 17440500729 and complaint reference number is 38617039. Courier service is worst.Not even attempted for delivery and status shows delivered.I will file a case against the company in high court if they doesn't solve this.
    At least they should reach to me on my email or phone or provide me courier company detail but no initiative by them is annoying.
