ReplyDeleteI had ordered pony cycle prising 34900 Cod ...orderd was cancelled on the day of delivery.
Again i ordered Cod was no availlable.. i paid through net banking, again it was cancle .
Now the same item is worth rs 1lakh.. snpadeal is cheating to us showing offers.

I had purchased a dinner plate set of 6 and was delivered quarter plates .on request for replace the item was picked and again there was the same delivery ( quarter plates).And now again I have requested for a return but it's been 5 days ..no pickup..and to enquire snapdeal has no customer care official to talk.If we call on the customer care nos it's only a automated call but no one to speak .please reply at femashaikh@gmail.com

We choose to go for "Swadesi" and such bloody services force us to opt for "Pardesi" like Amazon. If I do not receive my product maximum by tommorrow, I promise to open an anti-snapdeal campaign on social media. Hope that this will be taken care with obliged seriousness.9664739027

ReplyDeleteDelivery service is pathetic. Without any delivery attempt they are saying address issues to the customer. My friends and me Both ordered the items together but both of us getting same reply. Very bad service and toll free number also not working.
